How it works...
A 2.5 day long, intense, transformational offsite immersion experience lead by renowned experts in this space, Thor and Svava. It is taught in English.
What do we do?
Work through a selection of expert lead exercises including yoga, meditation and relaxation that change state, develop stillness, new clarity and insight!
